Responsibilities :
P&L ownership – Revenue, bottom-line target, working capital rotation.
Enhancing Assortment, developing and maintaining relationships with key sellers and brands.
Customer NPS and delivering a perfect experience to the customers.
Analyze event and non-event sales data, forecast, and plan for future demand.
Negotiation with vendors for Key Tie-ups and additional supports for Inventory Business.
Managing Marketplace's monthly sales plan. Maintain an optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics Stakeholders
Qualification & Skills :
You are a good candidate if you have the following:
MBA from a Tier 1-2 college.
Strong experience of “hands-on” management of tasks and handling competing priorities and stakeholder.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience & 2+ years of experience in team management.
Preferred to have experience on data dashboards - Tableau.
Strong analytical understanding and exceptional data management skills
Problem-solving skills in constrained environments with limited resources.
Supply Lead
Responsibilities :
Manage the city's supply (delivery partner) function end to end – onboarding, supply performance metrics & economics of the supply system
Responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer experience.
Create plans, processes, and lead the partner supply teams to establish efficiency, quality, and achieve goals.
Analyze data and use multiple data dashboards to drive supply operations to drive efficiency and control possible frauds in the system.
Own cost metrics on the delivery partner side for onboarding and incentive.
Identify and scale best practices and innovate or improve current processes.
Build a team that embodies Adibuja values; ensuring consistent learning and growth.
Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence
Qualification & Skills :
