7) Product warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is missing components.
8) If a different product is delivered, it is eligible for return.
9) The product warranty does not cover carpenter assembly issues, including:
    A) Regular wear and tear
    B) Rough usage or any chipping off due to such use
    C) Moisture-related dampening of wood, as the product is not designed for outdoor use
    D) If a correct product is delivered but the customer does not like it, it is not eligible for return
10) Cleaning should be done with a dry or slightly wet cloth and avoid using chemicals. A colin can be used to clean surfaces.
